BATTERY RESUSCITATION

Many companies hand over non-working batteries for recycling due to the fact that their operating services are not competent enough or the UPS is not working (configured) correctly. ​

We help companies restore the functionality of systems and individual batteries. Our company has equipment for activating batteries, removing sulfation, restoring capacity and extending service life. ​​
​
These works are carried out in conjunction with maintenance; if necessary, the electrolyte is replaced or distilled water is added. It is necessary to clean the contact connections and protect them from corrosion with lubricant after assembly. ​​
​
We select batteries into groups not only by capacity, but also by resistance and date of manufacture. After installation, be sure to perform a test discharge on the battery to measure the residual capacity. After completion of the work, we provide recommendations for further use of the system and maintenance. We restore batteries that are damaged (minimum 10-20%) and recyclable (harmless) within 1-2 days. ​

BATTERY CHARGE Optimization

Batteries require charging in case of long-term storage, before installation on equipment or electronic control units, etc. Equalizing charges on batteries significantly extend their service life. There are requirements for a minimum spread of battery voltage parameters when working in groups. ​​

If some batteries in the group are not sufficiently charged and the voltage on them is below normal, this will cause sulfation of the battery platinum. At the same time, other batteries will experience overvoltage, which will cause “drying out”. Both of these processes lead to a decrease in battery capacity and failure. ​​

Not all chargers can charge batteries well. Our arsenal includes chargers for a wide range of voltages. This allows you to solve the problems of any AB application! ​
