ECO-Pulse Technology

The industrial battery recovery system - IBO - is implemented using ECO-PULSE technology . ECO-PULSE technology is a patented low frequency, high amplitude, multi-channel pulse width modulation (PWM) system for removing sulfur (sulfate) from the battery. ECO-PULSE is the most advanced PWM system in the world because it creates a customized, precisely controlled pulse current and then measures the effect of that precise pulse on the battery. When this applied pulse is measured, the system changes the applied current of the next pulse.

​ The model we use, equipped with ECO-PULSE technology, is a truly “next generation” design that provides significant improvements in battery maintenance for industrial applications. Devices of this model series are designed to control the new computer processor and software, and do not require human intervention. This will significantly reduce the amount of manpower and technical training required to support battery systems. ​
